Vid köp bekräftar vi din beställning med en orderbekräftelse. Om leveranstiden skulle ändras meddelar vi dig snarast möjligt. 

Har du ångrat ditt köp? 

Du som kund har 14 dagars ångerätt.  Retur kostaden är 50 sek och det är du som kund som ansvarar för att produkterna kommer åter till oss i oanvänt skick. 

Självklart har du som kund rätt att reklamera din vara om den skulle visa sig vara felaktig. Detta ska ske inom / dagar efter att du har fått din order och vid godkänd reklamation så står vi för frakten. 

Vi har ägande rätt fram tills dess att fullständig betalning har mottagits.
Köparen är skyldig att ta del av villkoren innan köp. Vid beställning accepterar köparen dessa Allmänna villkor och Spell and Rebel förbehåller sig rätten att ändra våra Allmänna villkor. 

Leveranstiden är ca 10 arbetsdagar för handgjorda produkter och ca 1-4 arbetsdagar för lagerprodukter.

After buying, we will confirm your order with an order confirmation. If there's any changes in the delivery, we will notify you as soon as possible. 

Changed your mind? You have 14 days after you receive your goods to return your order. Retur cost is the same as shipping cost. When return of goods, you are responsible for the condition.

If there is a defect on you product - You, the customer is responsible to unpack and verify that the products in your package is free of defects within 7 days after you received them. When approved Spell and Rebel is responsible for the shipping costs.

We have ownership and withdrawal rights to products until full payment has been received. The buyer is obliged to take part of the terms before buying. When ordering, the buyer accepts these General terms of conditions. Spell and Rebel reserves the right to change our Terms and Conditions.

Delivery time is 10 working days ( depending on country )  for on demand products. And around 4-7 days for in stock products.
